Beetroot Nutmeg

This sexy drink will not only get your taste buds jumping, it’ll also get things moving in the bedroom. Make sure you warn your spouse when drinking this stimulating potion, as both beet juice and nutmeg are both known to stimulate your erotic regions. This colorful melody is also great for circulation and brain function.

  • 1 Large Beet, scrubbed, halved
  • 4 Cups baby Spinach
  • Dash of Nutmeg or Cinnamon (optional)

Add all ingredients to juicer alternating between the two vegetables. Pour into a glass and whisk in nutmeg or Cinnamon.

Kale & Beet Cleanser

  • 1 Cup Coconut water
  • 1/2 Fresh squeeze Lemon
  • 1 Dropper full of Stevia
  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh Mint
  • 1 Cup Ice

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
